BROWN BODY.............
What can I say...The pictures speak for themselves! Gorgeous sun tanned bodies........Our first thought how are we going to first appear on the beach as white as a ghost? We try to find a deserted spot but they are not always so easy to find. Always use a sunscreen on your face and the higher SPF the better, not only on the beach but also in the city. You can always wear tinted SPF which most of us prefer so we don't need makeup. Slather yourself on the beach whether its oil, lotion or cream and always apply after getting out of the water. I myself prefer oil, my fave is smelling coconut. Also there are lotions with glitter in them and slimming lotions.......whatever you choose ALWAYS apply often! Try to wear sunglasses when tanning and even wear balm or Vaseline on lips so they don't dry out and crack and YES wear a hat or a pretty bandana for protection. Wear pretty flowers in your if its long so it doesn't tangle and if you have hair extensions always keep it tied back cause they really tangle. There are also different ways of tanning there are sun beds, spray tanning and also lotions which if you buy a good one they really are streak free. Who doesn't love the smell of beach, sand and sun tan oil and wear a hair mask or oil in your hair, it will do wonders and do a foot peel when feet are wet with the sand and always MOISTURIZE after.....Happy tanning and Be Safe!
"SEXY ARMS..."
Hi to all my friends, isn't this the time we all dread SUMMER! We have to start showing parts of our forgotten body which was hidden under our winter woolies. Let's talk about our arms....After many years of exercising and many years of stopping I think I have become a member of the bat wing family, most of us don't have tone sculpted triceps or even biceps for that matter, but triceps don't look that great when a bit wobbly. There is nothing more sexy than great shaped arms. To tone our arms is one of the hardest jobs if we already have hanging skin but daily exercise, your arms will look better. Treat your arms nicely do a gentle body scrub that will also help arm cellulite it will make your arms smoother and wear moisturizer. Arms also look so much better when tanned, they also look slimmer. Don't expect miracles but you will see a difference after 2 weeks with daily arm exercises. Try to buy a medicine swiss ball, they are great for all exercises and an elastic and also arm weights, YES heavy arm weights about 3 to 5 kilos or heavier, heavy builds muscle faster, your muscles should burn that means the exercise is working and don't worry heavy weights will not make you bulky they will make your muscles more defined quicker. We first have to lose the fat to tone the muscle, it is the fat that wobbles. We can't lose weight on one part of our body we lose fat all over,I wish we could. It would be great we all would be perfect. Do use a chair for triceps dips if you do exercise at home, throw an elastic over the door and do your triceps, do push ups with elbows flat on floor and body straight. Good all over body toner and abs.......................with or without our wobbly arms we are still GORGEOUS!
CELLULITE.........
Let's talk about our close friend the "Orange". Let's face it girls we all have cellulite on some part of our bodies...arms..stomach...bellies...legs...hips...knees and our bum. Lotions, creams and potions we start to slather our selves and hope that our orange peel will go away, but I think it is here to stay, the only thing we can do is make it less noticeable. Cellulite is free floating fat cells that have become trapped just below the surface of our skin it can be from Hormones, Genetics and Lifestyle.
